Due to COVID-19, our carriers are currently experiencing delays that are outside of our control. It may take an additional 2-3 days for your order to be delivered to you. It may also take up to 5 days before you see any movement on your tracking ID after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?
For a limited time, we are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all online domestic orders. The cost for shipping is automatically deducted in final sales price. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to areas outside of continental USA. This offer may not be combined with other offers and brand promotions. No coupon code necessary.

What method(s) are used for shipping?
We utilize Priority Mail with United States Postal Service. In some instances we may use other shipping methods. If we do, you will be notified in your tracking email.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option and enter your order number and email address.
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. You will only receive the shipping confirmation email when the last item has shipped. However, you can view the tracking for each item on the order detail page.

What you should know:
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
*Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-5 days to be processed.
All purchases are processed through PayPal's secure gateway.

Want to ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact sales@dedemcguire.com.
